California for Jet Lag in Richmond

January 27th, 2010 by acument155

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Buddy here again sharing sleep news for Richmond insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Richmond for several months now. So far, I have tried Melotrex and Reposanex. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare California.

California works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Housatonic on business next week, I will definitely need California. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on California, Melotrex, , and Reposanex, see fallingasleep.goodsleepblog.com. These sleep aids are available online for all South Lee and New Lebanon folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Housatonic area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

A West Stockbridge Bedtime Story

January 19th, 2010 by acument155

A West Stockbridge Bedtime Story Once upon a time there was a Jungle green car-drivin’ entrepreneur named Buddy Wenninger (that’s me) who lived in Richmond, CA. Buddy’s father has had heart problems since he was relatively young and isn’t an example of heart-healthy eating. Buddy’s mother, who lives in Housatonic, suffers from emphysema due to smoking. Buddy plans to be around to spoil grandchildren in twenty years, so is trying hard to break the chain of parents’ poor examples when it comes to health.

Buddy eats a healthy diet, sweats regularly at a gym in South Lee and can often be found doing the downward dog at a New Lebanon yoga studio. Buddy has a strong immune system and, fortunately, hardly ever gets sick. (Don’t discount the obsessive hand-washing.) And in case you were wondering, Buddy doesn’t touch cigarettes.

This all sounds good so far, right? Here is the problem. In spite of diligence, Buddy often feels less-than-normal. Why? Insomnia. Not occasional sleeplessness, Buddy goes weeks with wide awake sleep time. Our poor insomniac has watched all the old movies that play on TCM–several times each!

If you suffer from insomnia, you know that it doesn’t matter if you have a heart rate of 20, a bloodstream free of cholesterol and can run a four-minute mile–you still feel lousy!

A friend in West Stockbridge challenged me to compare some good sleep aids to find one that works for me. I start tonight with Reposanex. I did some extensive research and found only positive feedback about this all natural sleep remedy. I will use it for a week and then try California to see which one is the most effective for chronic sleeplessness. Check back soon for the end of the story.

I hope to live (and sleep) happily ever after.

California for Restful Sleep in Richmond

January 15th, 2010 by acument155

California for Restful Sleep in Richmond Do you feel like napping all the time? CA sleep doctors advise their Richmond patients to refrain from naps during the day. After a few days without napping, insomnia patients can often sleep through the night.

I am a former insomniac and live in Richmond. I started using California to help me fall asleep. I have compared other sleep aids sold in New Lebanon and South Lee. Some of them made it possible for me to sleep through the night, but I could never fully wake up during the day.

I have a Housatonic sales job which requires constant travel around CA. Before I started using California, I would often pull my Jungle green truck over at a rest area and take a quick ‘power nap’. If only those naps had made me feel more ‘powerful’ when I woke up!

What good is a sleep aid that makes you feel just as tired during the day as if you hadn’t slept a wink the night before? California is an all-natural insomnia treatment that helps you at night and during the day. At night, you fall into a deep, restful sleep. In the morning, you wake up with a clear head. That is the magic combination when it comes to Housatonic sleep aids.

Other effective holistic sleep aids similar to California are Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber. Don’t waste your days napping, try California, Reposanex or 7Hour Slumber. When you sleep at night, you don’t need to nap during the day.

Welcome

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In Windsor

January 6th, 2010 by acument155

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In Windsor Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the Windsor zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many South Lee folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Richmond insomniacs.

Some New Lebanon people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Housatonic doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.

Many sleep doctors in Windsor recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include California and Melotrex. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Housatonic including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.

More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://www.bestsleepaids.net. To safely treat your insomnia, order California and Melotrex, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

Sleep Deprived in Housatonic?

December 30th, 2009 by acument155

Sleep Deprived in Housatonic? Mark’s Framingham Discussion On Sleep Patterns In Massachusetts

Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:

The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.

I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy Richmond parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my Richmond home, New Lebanon office or driving my kids to their Richmond school.

I have been using Reposanex and Melotrex. (See http://www.bestsleepaids.net for more information.) Reposanex helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.

Melotrex works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some Housatonic sleep aids that take hours to work.

I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of Hope to see you again college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first West Stockbridge job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. Reposanex and Melotrex are going to help me.

They can help you too.

Sleepless Nights in Richmond?

December 23rd, 2009 by acument155

Sleepless Nights in Richmond? Welcome to Buddy’s Housatonic sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Richmond sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use California and see what happens. I ordered California on http://www.bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Richmond house to pick it up at a Housatonic drugstore. California is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time South Lee insomniacs and South Lee holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my Richmond sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Housatonic insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps California will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.

Buddy’s Richmond Sleep Diary

December 17th, 2009 by acument155

Buddy's Richmond Sleep Diary If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Housatonic, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.

Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.

By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Richmond bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Richmond neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take Reposanex. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.

I am Buddy Wenninger. I have used most sleep aids available in Housatonic, both prescription and over-the-counter. Reposanex is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.

By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Richmond lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try Reposanex. I know it has helped many Richmond sleep apnea patients, also.

Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Get Your Life Back With Reposanex

December 9th, 2009 by acument155

Get Your Life Back With Reposanex We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.

Mark’s Framingham Discussion On Sleep Patterns In Massachusetts. My name is Buddy and Wenninger. I have dealt with insomnia in South Lee for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside New Lebanon. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Housatonic hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.

Fortunately, a West Stockbridge friend suggested Reposanex to treat my insomnia. Reposanex helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!

Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite New Lebanon fitness center. I have more energy for my South Lee friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.

The all-natural sleep aid Reposanex is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

California for Insomniacs in Richmond

December 4th, 2009 by acument155

California for Insomniacs in Richmond Does it seem like some New Lebanon teenagers sleep all the time? CA sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)

If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most Housatonic high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer Housatonic high schoolers would struggle to graduate.

In addition to schools, many other CA social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year Housatonic doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.

“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)

In addition to health care, many New Lebanon professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. Richmond public safety workers, New Lebanon customer service personnel, West Stockbridge night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, South Lee restaurant workers, and Housatonic truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.

If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your Richmond employment situation, California can help you. This all-natural Richmond insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Melotrex and Reposanex to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job. Get Sleep in Richmond CA

November 27th, 2009 by acument155

Get Sleep in Richmond CA Can you get sleep in Richmond CA? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Richmond Hope to see you again. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Jungle green desk (yes, I have a Jungle green desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.

I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Richmond Hope to see you again that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.

It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying California lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 613 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.

Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Hope to see you again are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a truck while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.

California is a natural sleep aid on the Richmond market. You can learn more about California at the official California website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.

Welcome,

-Buddy
